Step 1 - Run Warcraft 3 ViewerStep 2 - Menu > Convert Files > BMP, TGA, or JPG -> BLP (CTRL+V)Step 3 - Open File (i recommend BMP)Step 4 - Enter BLP FilenameStep 5 - Set Quality of Compression (i recommend 30-40 for skins, 65-80 for icons)

Yes, you cannot reduce model size. You can reduce size of texture used by model.

but then skin loses some important details and it looks bad in the game.

Yes, but if models is small, then there is no sense to have high detailed texture. It not bad all the time.

What are you talking about? Well i have tested skin quality many times on many resolutions. If skin is low quality it's seeable only from 1024x768. If someone have lower resolution it's not important to have high detailed textures. Default good quailty skin 256x256 is 200Kb. When you reduce quality to 30 it's 30Kb.

if mefhisto say that he can reduce model or skin size with wc3viewer...so it's must be true..if yes...can you tell how?:> edit ok..i think that i know how to do it...first you need to convert blp to bmp then again convert bmp to blp but set Set Quality of Compressionto 30-40 and i think it will work but i may be wrong...
