First thing. If there is no config.ini file in tool's directory, program will read configuration from registry. If there is no registry settings program will write default settings. Overwise all settings are readen from config.ini file, also if there is no specificial entry in config.ini file, tool will write default settings.
Tool can be run hidden in tray.
To use that function, edit RunInTray in config file.
Standard:
ApplyCustomKeys:
Copies CustomKeys.txt into Warcraft III directory and sets Use CustomKeys on. Old CustomKeys are backuped to CustomKeysOld.txt, and replaced when you exit Warcraft.
You can use your own Custom Keys by giving CustomKeys.txt file into my tool application, just like with config.ini file.
Replay Auto Saver:
Saves each finished game into replay like this:
<ReplayDirectory>\WC3Save\<CurrentDate>\<Player> <Race>-vs-<Player> <Race> <Map>.w3g
Example:
C:\Program Files\Warcraft III\replay\WC3Save\12.10.2005\Player [Ran]-vs-Normal computer [Hum] (2)BootyBay.w3g
Disable Windows Key:
Disables windows key and alt+q hotkey. Also disabled keys like alt+o (options), or alt+l (load game), those menus can be opened with mouse.
Hit Points Show:
Shows hit points bar over units, similiar to alt key, but with option to choose yours or enemy units.
Use OpenGL:
Uses OpenGL.
Use Backpack:
Binds first two keys in first two lines into numlock keys. Use CTRL to use with.
For standard qwerty layout it works like this:
CTRL+Q works as Num7
CTRL+Z works as Num1
etc.
Use CTRL+ALT+<key> for toggle autocast.
Change Path:
Changes path of your Warcraft III files. Click on your current path to use.
Profile:
Choose profile, You want to and Save Settings. Configure them inside config.ini file. To set default Warcraft settings, select Default profile.
Run Warcraft III:
Simply runs Warcraft III and selected options.
Run in Window:
Runs game in window. Useful if you want to spend time on bn channels. Uncomfortable to playing in this mode.
Run World Editor:
Runs World Editor
If you are map maker, customize World Editor section in config file.
Run Replay Charter:
Runs Replay Charter by JCA.
Run Reign of Chaos:
Runs Warcraft III Reign of Chaos.
Save Settings:
Saves settings from Video, Sound and Other tabs. It doesn't change config.ini file.

Choose your favourite ally filter. Homever it can be changes so easily in game.
Terrain Filter:
Enables/Disables terrain filter in game. If this option is disabled, there will be units only visible in mini map. Can be changes in game.

Subtitles:
Enables/Disables subtitles in game.
Enable Formations Movement Toggle:
If enabled, balances movement speed of units in formation. Can be changed in game.
Subgroup Order:
Enables/Disables subgroup order in game.
