Okay the taverns are really bugged up.
There's no limit to how many heroes you can have, and you can have the same hero unlimited times over and over again.
Also for the draina (don't know how to spell it) the eldar sage has his reincarnation spell set to level 1 and not 6.
I forget the triggers names that fix this problem but just send me the map if you want and I'll fix it all up.
